T H E  S T O R Y

A capsule collection that celebrates women and the different facets of womanhood.

In a context of many uncertainties, “Femme” was born out of an introspective journey that Paola undertook in search of comfort, which led her to the spiritual concept of the Divine Feminine: the feminine that exists in all living beings; the gentle, nurturing, loving and creative energies within us.

Women have been categorized for centuries: the lover, the mother, the independent and so on. As if in order to be one of these things, we had to deny the other parts of us. This collection was created to honor women as complex creatures who can carry all of these traits and more. Five unique pieces that stand each for a different feminine archetype. Each piece is named after a goddess who is known to represent them.

As in all her other collections, the influence of architecture over Paola’s work shows itself in the structure of the pieces and in their playful composition.

May we remember that we are more than any labels society makes up for us. May we dare to embody everything that we are, and may we fearlessly be everything that we want to be.
