Shipping
We ship within Lebanon with local delivery companies.
Our international shipments are handled by DHL.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your package. Your shipments are insured and require a signature upon delivery. However, any eventual risk of loss pass to the recipient upon delivery to the carrier. Additional custom fees might apply according to the shipping country.
Repairs
Repairs will be assessed on a case-to-case basis and we reserve the right to approve them or not, depending if it falls under manufacturing defect warranty or is user-caused.
Returns
We do not accept returns and refunds. However, you can exchange items that were not pre-ordered or custom-made within 7 days after purchase if unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging.
Kindly note that all costs involved in shipping returns are under customer responsibility. We recommend that you insure any shipments for up to their value when you return them for an exchange.

FAQ
How long do I have to wait for my order?
Orders are confirmed upon payment. Once an order is confirmed, for in-stock items, you will receive it within 3 to 5 business days. Items pre-ordered items need 2 to 3 weeks for production in addition to the 3-5 days for shipping.
Kindly note that in the event of a force majeure, such as lockdowns or country instability, delays might occur. We will do our best to accommodate your request in the smoothest possible way.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs within Lebanon vary depending on location and follow carrier fees.
For international shipments, it depends on the country. We will provide you with the rate before processing your order, according to the shipping address. Kindly note that we are not responsible for custom fees and taxes which also vary for each country.
Do you accept exchanges/returns/refunds?
We do not accept returns or refunds.
You can exchange items that were not pre-ordered (not available in stock but produced for you upon demand) within 7 days after purchase if unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging.

Do you repair previously purchased pieces?
Repairs will be assessed on a case-to-case basis and we reserve the right to approve them or not, depending if it falls under manufacturing defect warranty or is user-caused. Manufacture based defects should be signaled within 48h upon receiving your piece.
Lastly, in order to repair pieces that have been worn out with time or unwillingly damaged by the user, kindly contact us and send us pictures of the damaged piece. We will get back to you with a quotation from our workshop as soon as we can.
What payment method do you accept?
Unfortunately, because of the current situation in Lebanon we only accept payments in cash.
If you live outside of Lebanon, we accept direct wire transfers and in some cases bank transfers. Please contact us for more information.
